Walk in and hit the ground running with a stable and supportive ED team at one of Iowa's most financially secure health systems!  Work alongside board-certified, residency-trained ER docs with all the autonomy you're used to!  You'll also find experienced and stable nursing and support staff to ensure a smooth transition into your new role!

Position Details:

• Work an average of twelve, 12hr shifts per month for a full-time position. 

• Fair mix of shifts 7a - 7p, Noon-Midnight and 7p - 7a

• Cover 30 bed ED with an avg of 100 visits per day and 10 bed ED with 40 visits per day.

• Level III trauma center and community hospital sized ED's

• Excellent mix of pathology and plenty of interesting cases!
• Excellent work-life balance with a fair approach to scheduling and time off planning!

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in Emergency Medicine preferred but open to new grads.

• A team-first mindset and strong communication skills

• A physician who takes ownership of their practice and contributes to the team’s growth

• Comfort with autonomy and a passion for helping to develop and expand a growing service line.
