Position Details:

The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive patient care in an outpatient clinic setting, focusing on preoperative physical examinations and post-hospital discharge follow-up appointments. The NP will work collaboratively with surgeons, hospitalists, primary care providers, and other healthcare team members to ensure safe surgical readiness, smooth care transitions, and optimal recovery outcomes for patients. 

$144k+ guarantee

Full-time – 40 hours/week

Primary work is in the outpatient clinic with inpatient rounding for care coordination 

No nights, weekends, or call

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience as a NP in primary care, surgery or a related specialty preferred

A team-first mindset and strong communication skills

Someone who takes ownership of their practice and contributes to the team’s growth

Comfort with autonomy and a passion for helping to develop and expand a growing service line
